Worked with base camp, pre rigged the hotel for filming, assisted in lighting, cable wrangled for sound setup, helped with extras paperwork and check in, locked down set, ran fire watch, assisted grips in wrapping, did office and crafty runs, and transported crew to and from the hotel and set.

Worked with the Location Manager to secure and coordinate with locations. I also set up honey wagons and trailers, establish and tear down base camp, transport bathrooms, and create maps for the crew to each location every day.

Assisted 1st and 2nd AD, echoed commands, locked down sets, did fire watch, was the production liaison in the follow car for driving shots, coordinated extras talent, assisted in transporting crew, made runs, and assisted with picture cars.

As a PA, I locked down sets, made frequent runs for required supplies, helped the 2nd AD with reports and maps, and helped with the setup and tear down of base camp at every new location.

Worked both in office and set duties. In the office I assisted with paperwork, runs, making sides, delivering call sheets, and called/organized extras talent. On set duties included locking down sets, relaying the 1st AD's commands, assisting the locations manager, making set runs, assisting crafty, and helping with props.
