I am a field producer on Mysteries but this is an unusual field producing position. It involves a significant amount of writing prior to going into the field. On this show we are responsible for finding the historical stories, artifacts and museums and locking in the story structure. We write the pitches and complete scripts prior to shooting. The field producing itself is fairly basic and includes museum broll and a sit down interview with a historian.

The Last Americans is one of Discovery's newest reality/scripted hybrids. In the style of Amish Mafia, I wrote hour long pre-scripted shooting scripts based. In the field, I gathered story material from the cast, supervised the script and worked with the art department on locations, props and wardrobe.

FIELD PRODUCER – Part of Travel Channel’s extreme line-up, Ri-Diculous, takes tourists beyond their personal limit on the most thrilling, sometimes “pro-only,” rides in the world. It shoots all over the globe and uses creative Go Pro, high speed, and infrared footage to capture the action.

FIELD PRODUCER/STORY PRODUCER – 120:00 X 1 – A Discovery Science Thanksgiving Day event. Medieval weaponry teams, from all across America, converge in Delaware with dreams of tossing their pumpkins the farthest. It's an 8+ camera competition shoot.

FIELD PRODUCER – 30:00 X 3 – A Discovery Science show that explores backyard engineering at its most extreme. Follow modern day warriors at home as they design and build medieval contraptions that defy gravity and the laws of physics… all in the name of chunkin a punkin the furthest down a field.

COORDINATING PRODUCER/PRODUCTION MANAGER - 30:00 x 13 - For a PBS kids show I: managed schedules and budgets, coordinated the child actors and animatronic puppet team, prepped for all live-action/animation immersion scenes, coordinated all content from Australian animators and music composers, handled all catering, on-set tutors, security and releases.

EPISODE PRODUCER/WRITER - 30:00 x 4 - makeover series where Carpenter, Carter Oosterhouse, and his team took on renovation projects the homeowners thought were impossible.
