• Liaison between Showrunner/EP and Production/Post-Production. Duties include but not limited to assisting in concept meetings, production meetings, notes calls, mixes and spotting sessions • Liaison between Showrunner/EP and casting department. Viewing all casting links for actor selections, as well as writing breakdowns and sides needed for auditions • Responsible for overseeing execution of notes given by producers on cuts to editors are implemented • Screen hair and makeup looks. Create and update a look book by episode for continuity • Coordinate additional ADR with writers. As well as assist AEs and editors with recording temporary lines for cuts • Create and update season song grid • Liaison between music consultant and writers room • Create and update production calendar and material schedule • Create pitch deck, pitch pages, concept sheets and one sheets
