Developed content, wrote scripts, produced shows across various platforms from theatrical promos & Instagram ads to live performance sessions & instructional videos. Produced over 500 episodes of flagship weekly video series, “What’s In My Bag?” which earned the company its first Webby Award for best variety show in 2013. Staffed and designed department infrastructure from scratch based initially on a FCP7 DV workflow and later transitioned all production to an Adobe based tapeless pipeline. Served as Lead Tech on all issues relating to production and post. Regularly resolved issues relating to video codecs, frame rates, media management, NLE bugs, etc. Successfully launched and managed Youtube channel building to over 182K subscribers and over 57M views, including continued 57% growth in watch time, 49% growth in views, and 62% growth in revenue.
