Red Carpet Assistant

Work closely with Head of Production and President/Exec. Producer. Assist cast with fittings and pre production on and off set. Answering phones- screen and direct calls to the appropriate offices. Greet guests to the office and assist visiting writers, stylists, directors. Responsible for mail, orders, requests, maintenance for office.

Knowledge of client’s guidelines, needs and targeted audience. Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings and value, ensuring accuracy for internal team. Maintain commercial spot buys from 6 different markets including Los Angeles. Maintaining strong relationships with sales agents to obtain consistent prices, sponsorships and added-value opportunities.

Event set-up & breakdown, coordinating on site entertainment, interaction with listeners and public speaking to large crowds. Assist with marketing plans, strategies and promotional ideas. Assist with writing blogs on station websites, tweets, facebook posts, etc. on a daily/weekly basis. Assist account executives, directors and radio hosts with radio giveaways.

Support the segment producer, supervising producers, tape operator, and post production team with whatever they need to ensure show delivery. Writing, editing and distributing scripts, assisting the producers and anchors on set, keep track on timing during live sets, handling dubbing and logging requests, editing and posting clips

Maintained and organized the contest winners and request sheets. Established customer service skills by building a rapport with listeners through daily requests and contests. Assisted street team, producer, and on-air personnel to maintain the image of the station.
