I assisted Tom Cruise and his entourage with domestic and production-related tasks during filming in Boston.

Originally hired by the A.D. Department and assigned to provide a wide variety of personal and set-related help to principal talent and executive staff. Midway through production I was promoted to assist the Script Supervisor, capturing ad-libs during filming, updating the script, and processing and disseminating edits and notes.

Prepared location for day of shoot, including craft services. Set up and break down of equipment and video village at location. Assisted production staff with a variety of segment preparation and execution, including location preparation. set dressing; recording time code/script notes; light administration; errands.

This was for the second unit filming involving motorcycles, helicopters and stunt cars racing down a city street in a north shore Massachusetts urban community. I assisted hair and make-up with background prep (250 people) and vouchers, but the bulk of my responsibility was locking up during filming and crowd safety.

Assisted with various aspects of on-set production including crew and crowd safety, background responsibilities (on-set and pre/post-shoot), escorting cast and VIP’s, accompanying injured to ER, coordinating on-set meal orders and delivery for entire cast and crew, collecting in/out times, dispensing sides/call sheets, errands.
