- Assisted associate producers with setting up the green room and dressing rooms, while smoothly executing all orders during the event. - Set up food, drinks, and decorations in the VIP tent and managed it throughout the duration of the parade. - Worked in the art department setting up decorations and props along the parade route, as well as dressing the concert stage. - Cleaned all dressing rooms and the green room following the event and transported equipment back to the main site.

- Organized and managed the distribution of walkie-talkies to all departments and set up crafts services. - Cleaned and set up the green room and all dressing rooms, while managing the food and drink supplies. - Worked in the art department and assisted with building and painting set pieces. - Checked in all audience members and directed them into the studio, while providing detailed information about the taping.

I assisted the producer with calling actors from the dressing rooms and directing them to the set. Furthermore, I set up crafty and assisted the costume designer with organizing the costumes for the actors.
