Field producer/show runner's right hand in the field. Produce ancillary cast, assist in producing main cast. Oversee b-roll shoots. Assist in managing international fixer teams. Gather props and set dressing for backplate shoots. Write hot sheets. Assist in writing interview questions. Making sure all Italy releases, appearance, locations, clearances, are filled out completely and accurately along with securing a photo of the participant holding their completed release. Making sure releases are marked and clear to come back to AP at end of shoot. Make sure when we are filming where there are crowds, such as restaurants, that cablecast signs are posted and that cameras roll for about 10 to 15 seconds to establish and grab the cablecast sign at the locations they are posted at. Responsible for cast interview wardrobe sent to you by our EP. This wardrobe will be traveling to Italy with you. Network requires stills from set in scene so need to make sure there are still taken per scene. Responsible for field p-card in your possession and holding on to the receipts when it is used in the field. These receipts will need to be sent digitally or uploaded to a drive and sent back to PM.

Rolled calls, interfaced with internal Departments, Producers, Talent and Agents.Coordinated on 45+ shows, creating and distributing time sensitive and discreet documents. Responsible for signatory documents, getting them signed by Talent. Coordinated multiple Talents, Agents and Managers car and travel. Managed Talents needs on set with Hair and Makeup. Interfaced with Production and Network Executives as primary Talent liaison.
