Assisted the Director of Programming during the days leading up to and during the four day conference. During the conference I acted as a liaison to the speakers and special guests. I ensured the flow of panels and speakers as well as coordinated volunteers and staff assigned to each room.
Summary
As a recent graduate of Columbia College in Chicago I made the move to Los Angeles in the pursuit of more opportunities and learning experiences in the film world. After working on many independent sets I am ready to hone my skills in production.

For this independent short film I went beyond duties of just the 1st AD. In addition to scheduling the film and calling set I arranged location scouts, negotiated rates for locations, helped obtain insurance and permits and hire key crew members.
