Assisted the Director of Programming during the days leading up to and during the four day conference. During the conference I acted as a liaison to the speakers and special guests. I ensured the flow of panels and speakers as well as coordinated volunteers and staff assigned to each room.

Coordinated background and principal talent on set. Prepared call sheets for approval by 1st AD.

For this independent short film I went beyond duties of just the 1st AD. In addition to scheduling the film and calling set I arranged location scouts, negotiated rates for locations, helped obtain insurance and permits and hire key crew members.

Worked with talent agents and online mediums to organize and set up auditions. On audition dates I prepared sides, taped and read with talent. I followed up with talent for callbacks complied with SAG guidelines and agents to create contracts.

Created call sheets for each set day and after approval for 1st AD distributed them. Maintained communication with extras throughout production. Directed extras in a series of green screen shots. Created and distributed sides for each production day. Assisted 1st AD in what ever areas necessary including running set.

Hired on by staff to run pre production meetings with other department heads. Scheduled the film working with shot list and availability of locations and talent. Ran and called set. Approved call sheets and directed 2nd AD and Production Assistants.
