My duties include working with the Stage Management and Production Management departments to assist with the needs of the show. Working with the cast and crew to ensure a smooth and functioning on-stage and behind the scenes production. Booked City permits, made runs for all departments, setup equipment and furniture for meetings and event spaces, floor markups for rehearsals. Handled shipping and mail, email correspondence.

Production Assistant for “The Hippest Trip”, the Broadway bound musical based on the creation of America’s first black nationally syndicated TV show, Soul Train. My duties include working with the Stage Management and Production Management departments to assist with the needs of the show. Working with the cast and crew to ensure a smooth and functioning on-stage and behind the scenes production. Booked City permits, made runs for all departments, setup equipment and furniture for meetings and event spaces, floor markups for rehearsals, assisted company members with moves, appointments, and grocery run. Handled shipping and mail, email correspondence.

For the first stop of the tour. Loaded and unloaded over 80 trucks of stage gear, assisted with the video wall build.

Assisted with the load-in and out, built the video wall, installed truss and other stage lighting sources, ran cable for video and lighting boards.

Loaded and unloaded over 40 trucks of stage gear, assisted with the video wall build and stage installation.

Went on Runs, helped with load in and load out between locations, performed various tasks throughout the day. Assisted the DP and 1st AC with lens changes, load in-outs, camera and monitor setups, and other needs.

A set PA doing lock ups, some runs, pedestrian traffic control.

Accounted for all cast in crew, maintained production schedule, troubleshoot issues that popped up on set, organizing and setting up lunch and crafty. Manage set PA's and wrangled extras. Collected and maintained all talent releases forms and Union paperwork.
