Assisted DP with lighting set ups, purchased & set up craft services, took production stills.

Began on this shoot as PA. Was assigned to assist locations manager in securing new locations using my knowledge of Las Vegas and contacts I had built in my several years of working here, when it was determined that the original ones would not work due to weather.

Assisted production coordinator on week-long job that shot at multiple private golf courses in Las Vegas, with 5 productions crews shooting on each day.

Assisted the LA production team in hiring local crew. Performed on-set duties including coordinating meals and helping crew move between locations within the Planet Hollywood casino, as well all assist the production coordinator in getting all needed payroll and tax information from all crew paid w.day-rate.

Created budget, secured funding (over 50k), locked cast, crew, locations, and scheduled from pre- to post production, kept records and preserved all paperwork incl. contracts for performers and crew, financial expenditures and services rendered for 16 mo. period.

Assisted in all coordination duties including scheduling of event, music selection for events, coordinating of vendors and contractors, and coordination of production team both in setting up and in the execution of the 2-day event with over 500 patrons.

Assisted in coordinating all aspects of the after party, including the hiring and scheduling of arrival of vendors, and caterers, as well as coordinating with Warner Bros departments in building out the sound stage to the specifications of what needed to be built to house the party location.
