I have been an intern at Blacklite Productions since April of 2018. The tasks I did for this music video include: assembling, cutting, editing, adding rain effects, and color correction. While being at BlackLite Productions, I have been given the opportunity to create film scores and edit film. For projects, I have assisted in a total of three music videos, two introduction videos, collaborating on a new website, and helping create and handling posts on social media. In order to create the projects, I use the programs Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe Audition, and Logic Pro X. BlackLite Productions has helped me perfect meeting deadlines, collaborate more efficiently with others, and develop my skills in both technological and creative ways.
Summary
I am a Senior in the Electronic Media program at the University of Cincinnati-Conservatory of Music. I am focusing on sound design and video production. Music and film are two aspects in life that I love, and I aspire to become a sound designer for films.
