d hard, never letting anyone down on the team. She was never afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls or do outreach and always used her time effectively. Lauren is not the type of associate who needs to be micro-managed and is always open to feedback for improvement. I would recommend Lauren for any job and work with her again any day.
