As the Senior Development Producer for theoldschool, I was responsible for developing all new content concepts for the company from the ground up. It was my job to stay up-to-date on all current trends and news within the unscripted genre and produce content based on cuttingedge ideas. This process included working alongside the CEOs to pitch ideas and new formats, create decks and one sheets, and shoot and produce pitch reels from inception to delivery as a one-man band operation. This required overseeing budgets, hiring talent and crew, writing scripts, and sourcing and editing footage. • Helped lay the groundwork for the company’s first development department while balancing the CEO’s fast paced schedules. • Created over 50 Original Concepts • Attended pitch meetings with celebrity and high-end talent • Adobe Suite, Keynote and AVID Knowledgeable • Highly capable and communicative content producer and writer who is comfortable liaising with multi-disciplined teams both in post-production and in the field.
