- Production for MTV, MTV News, Vh1, Spike, etc. - Branded Content Production working directly with Integrated Marketing and specific clients such as truth, Taco Bell, Geico, Wendy’s, Tic Tac, US ARMY, etc. - Linear, digital and social media platforms. - Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  Manage all aspects of production for field shoots in NYC and across the USA  Execute and enforce network production management protocol procedures  Manage all production, talent travel bookings and talent management  Delegate work flow between production staff  Create budgets, track costs, review and approve purchasing card (p-card) and petty cash activity, process invoices  Serve as a liaison between the network and production team to operate within budget and protocol  Negotiate with rental vendors and supervise asset management

- Track costs, oversee p-card/petty cash activity - Vendor setup and payments - Production travel bookings - Obtain guest releases, location agreements and premise permits - Negotiate with vendors and supervise asset management - Manage and delegate work between Production Assistants - Coordinate shoot schedule and work flow with PM

- Generate, collect crew payroll and deal terms - Vendor setup, payments and talent payments - Obtain guest releases, location agreements, and premise permits - Work with Legal and Music & Media Licensing teams for clearance - Negotiate with vendors and supervise asset management - Episodic credits and assist Post with deliverables

- Generate budgets and oversee financial aspects to all production (online content: shorts, reality clips and live music events with Global Pop Musicians) - Vendor setup/payments - Maintain talent relations - Production travel for all crew/talent - Work closely with Legal and Music and Media Licensing teams for clearance

- Track costs, reconcile purchasing card (p-card) and petty cash activity, process invoices - Generate and collect crew payroll and project deal terms - Vendor setup and vendor payments - Manage and delegate work flow between all Production Assistants on set - Assist Production Manager and Coordinator with daily activity

- Assist Line Producer on a daily basis - Analyze budgets, track costs, reconcile purchasing card (p-card) and petty cash activity, process invoices - Vendor setup and vendor payments - Update production documents in a timely manner (ie. VH1 Production Handbook, Production Schedules, Production Calendars, Contact Sheet, etc)

- Assist anyone and everyone in production management on a daily basis - Maintain a clean and organized atmosphere for on-site production offices - Provide daily distribution or print material: schedule, rundown, etc - Reconcile purchasing card (p-card) and petty cash activity throughout production
