Participated in the seatfiller mosh pit for the annual production. Was able to act as a fill-in for actual audience/mosh pit members to test camera angles, noise level, etc.

Coordinated routing/plan of action for talent from VIP areas to stage. Executed script break down to enable all talent scheduled to appear with proper script notes, talking points, cues, etc. Handled walk-through, seating and arrangement for all talent & teams to ensure a smooth program and transition.

Assisted with ticketing and placement Talent on/off camera for live show. Communiucated directly with publicists, music label executives, and others to properly assist talent that would be presenting and attending. Formulated guest list for after-party attendees and hospitality requirements

Assisted in the placement and handling of all ticketing for talent & executives attending the show. Prepped rehearsal times and packets for performing talent, assisted in escorting and discussion of vital notes within the show. Lead assistant at the top of the red carpet for celebrity arrivals and on-camera ticket distribution.

Acted as an assistant to the Executive Producer of the video. Assisted with various parts of the overall video including wardrobe, set design, talent clearance, and post-production. Received high recommendation for exceptional work from Executive Producer and additional working staff, and referral for future projects.
