Responsible for all pre-production including client, director and DP meetings. Supervised storyboard creation, crew and talent selection and assisted in creating shooting schedules. Supervised cast and crew during shoot and interfaced directly with client for shot approvals. 80 shots in 4 days with live action talent and complex product shots.

Scheduled shoots, coordinated with homeowners, sourced and booked crews, negotiated rates and generated contracts, processed invoices, and actualized show budgets. Secured shooting permits, negotiated location fees, reviewed equipment and booked what was needed. Helped plan over 75 shoots in 15 weeks, including international shoots. Fast-paced, hectic, but very rewarding.
