Aided the Production Coordinators in sourcing all production requests, helped manage inter-department communication, and manage Productions Assistants. Helped process and file invoices, P.O.s, and check requests from clients and accounting department. Other duties included opening & closing office space, sourcing vendors, managing accounts, and of course - getting coffee.

Set PA - aided 1st and 2nd AD with handling and organizing over 25 child actors, helped with lock ups on several locations, as well as general on set duties.
