As the Post Associate I would help manage files on Mediasilo, uploads to Filezilla, drive transfers, QC videos, ingest footage, Print/Deliver DVD's and tapes, assist clearance with blurs, and general post PA duties.

Delegate tasks to our productions assistants, prioritize large projects over four buildings throughout Los Angeles, work alongside vendors and tech departments, inventory and order all supplies, creatively problem solve obstacles that arise in an ever changing production climate, help maintain edit bays, facilitate a large range of requests from executives.

Oversee projects assigned by Production Manager including crafty runs, load in, load out, set construction, organization, on set and office supply stocking, talent supervision, upkeep of stage cleanliness, delegation of resources and personnel, supply inventory, and interdepartmental liaison.

Executive Assistant coverage, reception coverage, assist all departments as needed, filing, faxing, logging, categorizing, runner for shows affiliated with shine america, keep office stocked, neat, and clean.

Helped collaborate, edit, film, and direct select scenes for web series.
