Assisted the Director of Photography with delicate and time sensitive issues

I Drove Actor Maia Mitchell to and from work everyday then I was a 1st team PA, a video village pa, and a lock-up pa.

I Came on for reshoot. Communicated with AD’s, Hair-MU, wardrobe, and actors. I sent them to set and receive from set. Most of my time was spent at base camp.

Heavy phones, maintained optimum cleanliness and refilled supplies for the kitchen and office. Picked up and dropped off groceries, crew equipment, mail, and crewmembers. Copied, scanned and filed away all paperwork involving crew employment, union contracts, call sheets, production reports, and shooting schedules. Distributed forms and packages to various departments.

In charge of maintaining radios, chargers, batteries, set paperwork, shooting schedules and call sheets as well as distribution. Managed the cooling tent, chairs, and water for the cast and crew. Ensured “locked up” during shooting. Coordinated vans for the cast and crew. Collected out sheets and timecards at wrap.

Crowd control durin g heavily populated scenes. Managed the extras both on and off the set. Kept the set quiet while shooting and relayed all of the 1st AD’s commands. Collected any and all paperwork from all departments at the end of the day.

Compiled start-up forms, passed out call sheets, passed out crew lists, took lunch orders, went on runs, recorded drive-on passes, answered the phone, stocked the kitchen, and passed out one-liners.

Prep - Office PA - Processed documents for accounting, booked hotels for talent/crew, script distribution, assisted production manager. Prod - Asst. Loc. Mgr. - Set up, maintained, and struck various locations. air-conditioning units on location. Post - Office PA - Photoshopped mattes for green screen plug-in and backgrounds.
