Write scripts, develop challenge competitions, narrative and questions, weave in product placement to segments, coach and prepare models before taping to 'shape the drama', interview models during confessionals, paper edit best clips for final cut, and work with segment producers to maximize a congruent story line.

Coordinator 900 person audience during long tapings of the first season of the revival of American Gladiators. Supervised seating sections, kept the audience entertained during breaks, cast the 'Gladiator Girls' and attended to any costume needs for the team. This position required being flexible during major breakdowns, including finding people to fill the seats during late-night tapings, rescheduling the audience when the set closed during an emergency, and other last minute changes.
