•Downloading, compiling, and filing Offer Sheets, Show Contracts, and Settlement reports from agents, promoters, venues, and tour managers •Referencing Offer Sheets and client calendars to create/maintain Tour Routing calendars •Management of touring team emails, calendars, and Microsoft Teams Planner boards/tasks •Maintenance of client master login spreadsheets and tour tracking spreadsheets •Assisting with new employee/CAPS Payroll on-boarding — securing new hire documents, NDAs, card agreements, and Deal Memos; assisting the accountant with the administrative management of employee ADP and MyKPlan profiles •Assisting with vendor relationships––securing W-9s, COIs, rental quotes, contracts, and tracking payment schedules for the accounting team •Communicating client and vendor needs to appropriate parties and using Microsoft Teams and Outlook alerts to prioritize and track requests for timely resolution •Managing and tracking credit cards assignments •Scanning, filing, and organizing client/vendor contracts and tour documentation •Executing client ancillary support tasks, administrative assignments, and managing time-sensitive projects as assigned by touring accountants •Holding weekly Direct Report meetings with business and accounting team members

•Curation of new release and classic (repertory) film titles to stand alone or support first run and repertory film programming; pitching stand-alone and thematically connected film series •Terms negotiation, distributor communication, reporting, and receiving/shipment of 35mm or DCP formatted films •Identified and coordinated engagement to provide context for programming—with particular attention to cultivating community interest in marginalized narratives and films created by underrepresented filmmakers •Interviewing—in person and over Zoom—filmmakers and talent for special engagements scheduled in support of programming •Updating box office performance spreadsheets, tracking release dates, and creating an internal iCal to track upcoming theatrical releases, notable birthdays, and theatrical anniversaries for programming assistance •Writing original synopses/copy for Belcourt’s website, e-blast newsletters, social media channels, and IMDB.com to promote film titles with an updated 'gaze'/perspective •Coordinating, editing, and creating digital assets for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter via CreatorStudio and third-party scheduler Hootsuite •Designing unique posts, stories, and fleets to compliment the Brand while honoring the spirit of the programming •Strategizing marketing copy, graphic design, consistent scheduling, event creation, and promotional campaigns across myriad platforms; re/defining target audiences; broadening engagement to ensure profitable programming •Identifying and adopting new platforms to facilitate marketing needs.
