-Collaborate with producers and directors to understand the creative vision for each project. Manage and oversee the work of other editors, ensuring their work is of high quality and completed on time. -Review and provide feedback on episodes edited by other editors to ensure they meet the network's standards for quality and entertainment value. -Edit and produce episodes from start to finish, including selecting and assembling footage, adding special effects and sound effects, and syncing audio with video. -Ensure the pacing and flow of each episode is engaging and entertaining for the target audience. -Communicate regularly with team members and higher-ups to ensure project deadlines are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
