Assist with the daily operations of the Health & Safety Management Department under the supervision of the Health & Safety Supervisor, Health & Safety Manager and CCO. Crew/cast check in, wristbands, monitoring on set covid compliance, assisting with PPE distribution, set up/breakdown of the covid world.

Manage errands and support with actors and background. Support team of directors, producers, set designers and stylists with background actors. Demonstrate creative expertise to film production set.

Coordinate a range of technical and administrative activities, including managing errands, allocating scripts, and supporting with lighting and sound for shoots. Support team with props, locate talent for shoots, and set design. Manage scheduling production meetings, production shoot list and call sheets for cast and crew. Conveyed detailed notes to directors and producers.
