Responsibilities include: -shooting weather shows (green screen) for clients in the oil and gas industry. -animating/compositing show graphics (openers, supporting graphics) -set-up/break-down of studio -operating live production switchers (Newtek Tricaster) -creating marketing material (print booth graphics, videos) -orientation and safety videos for offshore rig workers -photography

I mostly ran the boom mike but also helped out with miscellaneous tasks and also mixed audio for some scenes.

Took the initial concepts from producers and went to locations of my choosing to expand and create full length prep videos. Operated the camera (Panasonic DVX-100) and supervised the audio and grip departments. Made on the spot decisions and guided talent to ensure we had both quality video and content.

Created various local spots for multiple types of local companies such as glass and shower vendors, furniture stores, new gadgets, etc. Helped out on the field during shoots but focused on cutting the commercials alongside the main editor and compositor.

Used both FCP to cut the show and used AE for the opening graphics. Created all lower thirds and supporting show graphics as well.
