Discovered and contacted new archival sources to find early and rare photographic and video material for political themed documentary. Created select strings of raw archival material for important scenes and met with editor to incorporate into film. Developed relationships and contracts with third party vendors for current and future projects with company. Devised and implemented systems for archival cost tracking, file organization, and project structure to efficiently make use of budget resources.

Collaborated with field producer, recreation directors, editors, and writers to bring scripts from string out to final delivery, implementing executive and network notes through each pass of cut. Wrote episode cold opens, restructured episode acts, and proofread and fact checked scripts to ensure editorial accuracy. Supervised archive producer and editor workflow, to ensure timely episode delivery.

Planned and directed field shoots, interviewed high profile academic, military and political subjects and produced b-roll shoots. Contributed to numerous productions, from research and development, to booking and field prep, bite selection and script writing, archival gathering and post production, often working on multiple projects at same time. Collaborated on news crash teams, leading archival searches and delegating post-production research to Associate Producers and Production Assistants.

Managed post-production duties, including quality control, delivering episodes to multiple clients on time, and worked with editors and assistants to handle deliverable requirements. Worked with Production team to replace archival materials, and editors to bring episodes to proper times for each network.
