• Handle shoot logistics, all pre-production and production needs, and handle on set operations • Contribute to concept ideation and development during team and company brainstorms • Create and manage production budgets • Maintain department organizational systems including deliverable calendars and project timelines • Maintain FP Productions Vimeo, website, and Dropbox to ensure they are always up to date • Help create award winning online content (Shorty award, Cynopsis award, W3 award) • Projects Include: MDNA Skin, Bare Minerals, L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline, Behind The Seams - Project Runway after show, Kode with Klossy, Loomia, Chico’s

• Provide administrative support for VP of Creative Content and the rest of the digital team • Make sure FP digital team is on track for all deliverables for clients • Keep track of video production grid and update accordingly. • Generate ideas during meetings and brainstorms across digital content for clients • Research and development of ongoing digital team pitch decks • Book shoot location, hair & makeup team, stylist, and PA • Models: help set up model casting, help draft and send agreements • Blogger Outreach: update existing potential blogger list for future shoots, help draft and send agreements, manage Blogger social asks with AOL/L'Oreal • Request all product needs from clients before shoot • Purchase any outstanding set elements before the shoot and make returns post shoot • Help manage PAs during shoot • Help manage all invoices and receipts from the production • Assist with shoot wrap out and submitting to accounts payable
