Temporary office manager for a Pet Smart post production team.

As the production coordinator I am in charge of hiring production assistants whom I delegate tasks to throughout production. I book locations and order production gear including camera equipment for the commercial shoot. I use my organizational skills to make sure the shoot runs smoothly and all crew has what they need and that production is completed in a timely and cost efficient manner. I acquire props and contribute to the set design and food styling while managing the budget. I have experience preparing POs, call sheets, budgets, and organizing all production petty cash and receipts.

As a set PA my duties include assisting line producers, production managers, supervisors and cast on daily shoots both on location and on studio stages. I was also a responsible driver needed to drive large vehicles on to location shoots and pick up cast from hotels. On this production I also day played as an Art Department production assistant.

As a set and talent PA my duties include assisting line producers, production managers, supervisors and cast in the studio. I was responsible for the reality show cast of 10 at all times throughout production.
