General Production Assistant responsibilities.

We were tasked with replicating two rooms from a farm inside a studio space. Photos available upon request.

Drove flatbed truck that was rented in Louisville, Kentucky and delivered it to Chillicothe, Ohio for production.

I worked with the Production Designer to create the ideal spaces for this short film from writer/director Mike Thompson.

As a Property Assistant, I helped dress each set with prop elements to meet the client's needs. We dressed sets on a soundstage, a laundry room featuring GE washer and dryer and a kitchen featuring new GE oven.

I helped lock off areas during shooting, passed out water to the crew and talent, fired several purple smoke bombs, and general PA duties like setting up tents, tables for crafty, etc.

As Art Director, I made sure the Production Designer's vision was met. I assisted with shopping for scenic elements, I constructed a wall extension for our location at the farm house, I found a $5 door to replace their existing door, I created the closet extension gag for when they shot with the camera inside the closet, I rigged additional lighting in and around the farm which included 4' flourescent lighting fixtures and flood lights, I coordinated the signage and graphics we need for all of the vehicles which included a big fire truck, police cars, the farm business truck, and ambulances, I assisted in the rigging of the fake grain bin that the firefighter's cut into, and helped keep track of a significant portion of the Art Department budget.

As Art Director for this proof-of-concept short, I was tasked with dressing out location which was an amazing historical home located in the Frankfort Avenue area. There was a kitchen, bedroom, hallway, stairway, and cellar area. I also assisted Producer Jess DiSantis in the design & construction of the only set element.

I was responsible for taking behind-the-scenes photos and continuity photos for hair, makeup, and wardrobe.

As Set Decorator on One Must Fall, an '80s Thriller Slasher from Writer Director Antonio Pantoja, I was tasked with setting the scene in the office space which included a conference room, the boss' office, and the cubicles for the office workers. This film was a period piece set in the 1980s.

As Art Director, I ensured scene continuity was adhered to. In addition, I assisted with Props tracking and On Set Dressing.

As a Production Assistant, I helped with crew and talent releases, locked off areas during shoot times, and helped wrap up the locations.

I managed each of the 9 locations in the Louisville area. Responsible for all fire and smoke alarms, AC controls, coordinate with caterer, set up space for cast & crew to have breakfast and lunch, designate green rooms for talent, designate makeup and wardrobe areas, keep locations clean and damage free, set up director's chairs for talent, dept. heads, scripty & director, make sure drinks are on hand and iced down.

I provided fake snow fall, snow covering, wet downs, fog coverage of large areas, air canons, confetti canons, and pyro spark kits.

I made sure set continuity was adhered to. Moved set pieces for DP as needed.

Dressed the set, helped the scenic paint exterior of homeless shelter, fire watches.

I set up each location with tables, chairs, trash, soap, paper towels, etc. I also opened and closed each location. Walked talent to set.

I walked talent to set, helped with video village moves, helped with anything needed by first AD.

I was responsible for all construction. My team and I built scenic pieces including doors, windows, and interior and exterior walls.

I assisted Art Department with set decorating and construction of set pieces.

I set up backdrop and lighting to photograph all lead talent for promotional purposes (Movie poster).

I transferred all data from memory cards to MacBook Pro and hard drives. Made copies of footage for backup.

I helped edit our Louisville 48 Hour Film Project. Our film brought home Best Special Effects and Best Choreography at the Louisville 48 Hour Film Project Awards.
