Covering post-production (including giving notes on final mix), delivery, festivals and distribution (not on-board during production), managing paperwork delivery to sales agent and financiers (Vice Studios, BBC Film, Charades and Cinereach), organizing the team’s attendance of the Berlinale Film Festival 2020 which included working as the contact for the press team and the festival and organizing the events around this as well as managing the budget and assisting with negotiations for funding for this, liaison for distributors in US (Strand Releasing) and UK (BFI), proofing press materials, overseeing/managing redesign of BFI Blu-Ray cover for UK release, assisting Charades with festival submissions and materials, dealing with internal legal team regarding agreements and approvals and processing of non-budgeted costs, assisting BFI with DVD extras for UK DVD release, and liaison for Director and cast for any requests.

Main liaison for SAG including negotiation return of deposit, supervised clearances, insurance liaison, supervising paperwork processes of production team, sending daily reports to bond company and financiers, generated and supervised risk assessments, managing festival submissions, checking cost reports, engaging with casting decisions, overseeing safe use of one location (including sensitive handling of location with local tribe and location team, creating risk assessments, speaking with insurers, organizing chemical and biological testing of site, and managing budget associated with this), overseeing use of another location which required sensitive handling due to listed building requirements and expensive art inside the property (including dealing with clearances, insurance, protection kit), managing stills approval with lead cast and crew, liaison for external production legal team, liaising with the American Humane association regarding animal welfare sign off and appeal of decision, and checking gross receipts reports.

Main liaison for SAG, negotiating return of IATSE and SAG deposits, creating cast contracts, insurance liaison, managing festival submissions, auditing background and lead cast paperwork against Production Accountant records, checking cost reports, liaison for financiers, cross-checking payroll, assisting one particular cast member with their schedule during production due to working our schedule around their music tour (including booking travel, liaising with 1st AD and 2nd AD re timings, and managing the budget associated with this), selecting stills and managing stills approval with cast, and managing final technical and paperwork delivery.

Primary responsibilities included updating the budget and generating hot cost sheets, particularly for Stunts and Action Unit; negotiating with and booking crew for the Main Unit and Action Unit; booking, negotiating and costing equipment for Action Unit; liaising with talent regarding stunt practice days; and liaising with VFX, SFX, Stunt, Art, Action Vehicle, Costume, Makeup & Hair, and rest of Production team regarding shooting requirements.
