Martin (Johnny) quickly became my right-hand man. He was punctual, reliable, quick learning, and hard working. On the production side, he printed and organized sides for talent and each department, maintained crafty, helped with crew meals, and went ...MORE...
on runs. On set, he worked with the art department blocking windows and set dressing, assisted the key grip, wrangled talent, and locked up. When the film had to reschedule a shoot day and Johnny was on another project, I had to hire two people to replace him. He was certainly key to making things run smoothly. I would definitely hire him again.
