Created and pitched news magazine show, "Top 30," and secured four-week broadcast test run within six months of proposal. Selected to direct the complete oversight, control and management of all daily operations, staffing and creative initiatives, planning and executing al creative and production workflow. Developed and produced several pilot episodes of the multi-platform, daily news series, with an emphasis on targeting the millennial demographic (A 18-25). Created and managed all aspects for the pilot and Limited Market Test, writing scripts, casting talent, producing in studio, promoting the show, designing graphics, and delivering final 30-minute episodes.

Executed and managed newly initiated project to generate revenue-generating digital content from footage of affiliate stations' news broadcasts. Supervised and coordinated all production for 8-10 daily videos, designing and implementing creative style, format and content strategy as well as monitoring timelines, budgets and costs. Partnered with over 17 affiliate stations to gather footage and redistribute finished digital content for use on their social media and other digital platforms. Recruited, hired and managed Production Team, and generated millions of views for multiple video publications.
