I am making travel arrangements for 6 teams traveling to 6 different small towns in the in America. The teams consisted of 3 long-term positions; a co-ep, a production manager and a production designer. The teams also had 10 crew that travelled to the towns 4 different times over a 2 month period. I book flights, plan, negotiate & book housing and book car, van and truck rentals. My planning also included booking travel for Thanksgiving & Christmas with checking out of housing, returning vehicles checking back in and renting new vehicles. This helped control costs for each budget. I classify and upload all receipts to the Google drive for expense reports. I maintain a cost spreadsheet for each town so they can track their travel expenses. I also book travel plans for 12 different HGTV show hosts who traveled to the 6 towns. I conferenced with production managers, co-eps, the EIC & the showrunner and kept them apprised of travel arrangements.

Performed COVID related duties including confirming completed COVID questionnaire, taking temperatures, handing out masks, sanitizing all equipment & common areas and making sure each person used hand sanitizer at least once every hour.

I was responsible for booking hotel, air and car for production staff and show guests. I kept detailed records of each person and provided folios and receipts to the production manager and line producer on a daily basis.

I booked air/hotel/car travel for up to 30 crew and weekly accommodations for HGTV & Discovery show hosts.

I completed crafty and wardrobe runs. I was also responsible for building props and putting together DIY furniture. I drove both cargo vans and cube trucks. Living in Los Angeles for the last 17 years I have excellent knowledge of all freeways as well as areas east & west of downtown LA.

I worked on location in Dallas, TX. I completed crafty runs and transported cast & crew to various locations. I worked in the office helping to secure locations, arrange catering or meals for shoot days and assisting in completing the production book.

Location shoot in Dallas, Texas. My responsibilities included picking up and delivering production team and crew from airport to hotel, setting up production office & and shopping for supplies, doing crafty runs every 2-3 days, drop off and pick up of equipment in Austin and shopping for lighting & gaffer supplies.

I was the point of contact for cast, crew and SAG. I completed all contracts for cast and crew, processed weekly paperwork to SAG, processed payroll, reported & paid taxes, checked all cast & crew into & out of the hotel, delivered cast & crew to set and purchased all crafty & catering daily.

This was a location shoot in Vermont. I was the office PA so I mostly did runs for crafty, faxing, filing, runs, delivered cast and crew to set on occasion, organized the delivery and pick-up of rental vehicles and production vans.

Worked in the control taking notes on cast daily activities and listening to make sure secrets were not revealed.

I was responsible for packing and unpacking vans, driving production vans and panel trucks, assisting with runs and pick-up & delivery of equipment. My main responsibility during set-up was to assist the lighting department and to learn the ins and outs of lighting a scene.

I was solely responsible for casting of all extras on a daily basis for a 10 day shoot. Extras needed ranged anywhere from 10-60 each day. I accessed casting websites, put up listings, responded to applications and hired extras.
