Slate takes. Communicate roll (mag) or lens changes with Scripty and Sound. Retrieve lenses and filters for the AC. Fill out camera reports keeping track of feet used for each take and any additional notes. Alert AC when feet used is 300+. Lay down marks for talent. Retrieve tools and equipment promptly. Load and unload camera equipment.

Setup lavs, transmitters, and boom for a multi-camera shoot. Directed the Boom Operator. Recorded audio to separate tracks on an SD card keeping the sound as clean as possible for post-production.

Assist in all areas of production. Drive a 15-pass van. Also, drive the talent in an SUV Mercedes. Put down layout board, keep all areas clean, check talent trailers to restock, and go on runs.

Worked with the Producer to coordinate contestant auditions. Made important announcements and provided answers to all questions or special requests the contestants had.

Act as a point of contact with the NY office. Setup and break down the audio equipment. Test and troubleshoot if necessary before the interview. Accommodate the talent. Record the interview with Pro Tools and upload the files to Dropbox.

Assisted in striking of equipment and properly wrapped cables. Brought water to the actors on set. Locked up the set while rolling. Cleaned up any trash and empty water bottles laying around set.

Analyzed the script checking for an accurate time line of day and night shots. During filming, monitored the scenes for continuity ensuring the shots will be edited together smoothly in post-production without any mistakes.

Drive a studio cart when needed. Assist in setup/strike of production. Accommodate the announcers and presenters with anything they need. Wrangle cables for the camera cart moving along the sidelines of the field. Properly wrapping cable, keeping the weight off the cart by pulling and running with heavy weight cables.

Responsible for assisting the set and strike. Going on runs for anything needed. Firewatching the equipment. General assistance.
