Develop prop list and spending estimates. Determine location and/or set needs with the Director and Producers. Work with Set Dressers to obtain props and material. Supervise set construction and decorating. Conduct any changes needed to support unexpected circumstances during production.

Go through a prop breakdown with stage manager. Buy, and commission new props. Dress set in preparation of show. Work with stagehands in set breakdown. Take photographic record of all new sets pieces.

Work with crew members to pack, load, unload, and set-up show’s scenic displays each week. Arrange props and displays such as animatronic dinosaurs, greenery, and 20ft backdrop displays. Instruct local labor/stagehands in regard to prop assembling and pipe and drape layout. Modify exhibit layouts based on venue floor space.

Manage office calendar. Assist producer at workshops. Answer calls. Post and organize web content. Contact various media outlets for advertising rates and publicity opportunities. Assist with creating book press strategy and promotional kits.

Process checks and Receipts. Create watermarks and lower thirds. Respond to emails. Organize and manage digital database.
