As the production coordinator I was responsible for all petty cash and crew payments as well as gathering daily shoot paperwork such as Exhibit G's, Production Reports, Sound Reports, etc. On the last day of the shoot I was also responsible for running the production beyond tail lights and keeping time to not hit any meal or SAG penalties as the producer was double booked that day on a different production.

I was an outside producer brought in for this AFI Thesis. I filled two roles; Production Accountant and Line Producer. My main role was Production Accountant, which I am still a part of as we are still in post and I am still cutting checks for this. I was in charge of updating and maintaing the cost report and budgets, petty cash, and getting approved for studio disbursements.

As the script supervisor for this project I worked very closely with the director Zack Shada to keep detailed notes of shots, coverage, and the details of the shots.
