I researched stories for this returning series, touching on sensitive subjects including honour killing, inter- faith relationships and romances which tested social and cultural expectations.

I interviewed potential contributors about their life stories, shooting casting tapes on a Canon XF305 and editing on Final Cut Pro X. I liaised with our talent, setting up his master interview and actuality shoots in var- ious locations in the UK. I also secured access to his personal archives. For the drama reconstruction, I sourced an internal and external location, completing all permits, risk assessments and call sheets prior to the shoot. I also liaised closely with the Art Department, undertaking research about costumes and props relevant to the time periods and environments we were replicating. As a 1st Assistant Director on the drama shoots, I co-ordinated on-location, communicating with crew, the Art Department and staff to ensure a smooth turnover of sets.

I assisted with the series pre and post-commission in securing access to military organisations, civil aviation authorities, government bodies and airlines. I also corresponded with fixers and researched visas and filming permits for locations in Russia, South and North America, and the British Colonies.

Researching stories for a 13-part series, I primarily worked on two homicide cases. I conducted extensive interviews with contributors before writing the treatments. I set up shoots in the U.S. and coordinated on-location. For the drama, I liaised with the Art Department and Casting Team, and managed the graphics for the shoot and edit. I have since taken over four additional stories, providing support to two other directors in regards to their drama shoot and graphics requirements.

Searching for international female role models, I sourced potential contributors conducting interviews about their struggles, achievements and specialist field. I researched statistical evidence supported ongoing gendered issues, critical breakthroughs and new obstacles in relation to women’s rights, and directed a shoot at the Women’s Boat Race in London.

I secured access to talent for an online viral campaign commissioned by Allianz. Working to a tight brief, I sourced couples aged over 70+. I then shot and edited character tapes on Final Cut Pro.

Working on a homicide case, I secured access to contributors. I researched filming locations and gathered material for the programme including police files, interrogation tapes and personal pho- tos. I also set up shoots in the U.S. ensuring contributors' travel requirements were considered.

Setting up shoots within tight timeframes, I also coordinated shoots in various locations whilst ensuring the wellbeing of everyone within a sensitive environment. I assisted the crew with any set-ups for interviews or shoots and provided support to the Producer Director.
