Working closely with the field and providing any media/ camera reports/DIT Equipment that they would need while on set. I organize Appearance/ Location/ Permit/ Materials releases, and answer clearance questions regarding all episodes. Work closely with the AP's to maintain acquired footage and maintain footage/ transcription process among several other duties.

Supervising and overseeing the post process of a scripted theatrical film. Making sure all footage was grouped, stacked, synced and distributed out through MediaSilo and delivering Dailies by 9am the following day. I am currently still overseeing this film as we are close to bringing this into Online.

Worked closely with the field and was responsible for out-going and incoming media, keeping the media organized and maintaining field reports on Box. Would help the field with any camera/ media questions they would have and we would generate camera and audio specs for the field/ prepping media gear. This was a smaller crew, so we all helped in any way we could to succeed.

Helped keep track of the animations that were being delivered by our animation collaborates and was supportive to my Post Sup in anything that was needed.

Delivered for Discovery Velocity using their portals and templates. Kept track of incoming footage from the field and delivered it to our media department. Made sure all days were grouped and labeled properly for editors receiving footage.

Finished the deliverables for the series. This included digital paperwork copies and physical binders that were sent to National Geographic.

This was my first Post Production Coordinator job with Asylum Entertainment. My responsibilities included Music Cue Sheets, answering Clearance Questions, maintaining Transcripts / Logs for the editors, handle media with the field and deliver to the assistant editors, deliverables among other tasks.
