Small crew that worked on a proof-of-concept. I took field notes that allowed the showrunner and editor to put together a line cut/shape the story. On-set location POC for location owners and film office.

Lots of accounting. Reconciling expenses, processing reimbursements, sourcing crew, ordering supplies, transpo grids, travel/Rental booking, and coordinating with Field PM, PC and LP for day-to-day logistics of the show. Onsite crew of 20+.

Produce internal sales videos for Bacardi's Playbook series.

Manage PAs, create and send out call sheet, communicate with location POCs, assist producer with timing, releasing extras, Petty Cash management and reconciliation and all other duties as needed.

Manage and coordinate PAs, gear shipments via FedEx, meal coordination, openly communicating with contacts on-site to obtain signatures, make fee payments, ensuring that crew is respecting time and restrictions for the location.

Assist small production crew on INTV shoot -- setup/breakdown of gear, lunch orders, crafty, runs for equipment.

Loading/Unloading gear, meal coordination, scheduling transport for producers, airport pickups, driving rental van, crafty supply run, and handling petty cash.

producer's right hand on set: mostly assisted with talent care, keeping the producer informed of what's happening on set if she's away, coordinating moves between locations, locking up the set, break down and set up of crafty tent and crew areas.

Load In/Load Out, crafty runs, appearance releases, scheduling/call sheet distribution, lighting setup (1x's), assist with AC duties (Cam setup - Go Pros/Sony FS7/Sony A7SII) and any other duties as needed.

Load/In-Out, general PA duties on set, ordering lunches, fire watching, location scouting with DP--also drove van to assist DP with getting clean b-roll shots.

Communicated daily with all producers to ensure seamless flow of activities that included: Crew Check Ins & Sign Outs, Base Camp setups, Meal Breaks, and coordinating with Field PAs for production runs.

Gear/Rental pickups + returns, supply runs, load in/load out, courier shipments

Worked on UMF TV Live Stream (Crew Size: 125). Duties included assisting producers on set with timeliness, Sign in/out of crew members, Coordinating meal tickets, Sourcing supplies/equipment/services, Managing PAs, Managing Crew Meals, and doing runs as needed.
