On HOC S5 I was responsible for the distribution of schedules, deal memos and scripts, preparation of paperwork and memos, as well as maintaining document distribution and crew lists. During the pre-production period for each episode block I created schedules for meetings, shot listings and any important dates for the crew to be aware of.
