Researched and interviewed several candidates for the commercial, which had to be camera friendly people with coverage for a health care commercial. Skype interviews, Location scouting, On the spot Interviews with Camera ready. Location filming, Appointments and meetings. Several were chosen for the commercial of the people I researched and found.

Location Scouting, Call Sheets, Created and distributed Contact Sheets, Organized Field Location and set meals, obtained quotes from vendors to ensure best price without compromising the integrity of the production, while on set in charge of all Production Assistants, assisted field producers in all aspects on field shoots.

Assisted producers and executives. Helped conduct personal interviews with contestants and guest mentors. Tasks included casting, location scouting, media clearances, VO sessions and script revisions. Assisted throughout the season in preparing weekly shows and events, including team management and scheduling. Worked on Avid daily for b-roll and story string outs.

Responsible for contestants staying in hotel as well as pickups, ordering meals, accommodated to and for talent/contestants in every production aspect. Transported talent in 15 passenger vans.

Assisted on stage/production/field/office with daily runs/pickups/deliverables of studio equipment, delivered all production equipment to locations such as Kodak Theater/ commercial shoots/auditions/Nokia Theater with 15 passenger vans/Avon/Enterprise Production trucks.

Transported contestants to/from airport/hotels/CBS studio/recording studios/talent shopping to be tailored. Assisted on stage/production office with daily runs/pickups/deliverables of studio equipment, delivered all production equipment to locations such as Kodak Theater/ commercial shoots/auditions/Nokia Theater with 15 passenger vans/Avon/Enterprise Production trucks.
