done makes him an ideal member of any team. Always willing to elevate the collective to the next level, he's extraordinarily constructed to be your lead and does so with determination. He analyzes the project, will look for ways to do it more effectively and efficiently, willing to strip down the workflow to find the flaws and rebuild it into an assembly line that would make Henry Ford blush. Or, if you need someone to bat cleanup, he will roll up his sleeves and scrub the project down until it's ready to live on a backup hard drive in a cold cave somewhere in the Nevada desert. Don't hold the fact that's he's a New Jersey native against him. Bon Jovi's not for everyone... but Mr. Morello most certainly is!
