The Southern Weekend is an online travel show produced by Raycom Media. As Field Producer, I pitch locations in cities across the south, develop stories once final locations were selected, prepare an interview outline for our host based on pre-interviews with location contacts and guests, direct on-camera talent, write intros/outros for each segment to either be shot on location or recorded as VO, coordinate production schedule and manage budget, and provide segment notes for post-production.

Moments.org was the short form branch INSP's Creative Promotions and Production department. We wrote and produced narrative, documentary, and interview short films that aired online and on the network. As Producer, I oversaw all facets of pre-production and production, and coordinated with Traffic and Social Media departments to ensure smooth delivery to web and broadcast. I crewed our productions, coordinated locations, managed annual and individual production budgets, processed invoices and crew agreements, assisted with casting, gathered talent and location releases, negotiated talent agreements as needed, and coordinated SAG-AFTRA interface when necessary.

Coordinated all aspects of production including schedule, budget, crewing, post-production and delivery.

Oversee all aspects of pre-production and production - schedule, crew, rentals, location coordination, casting; act as liaison between client/agency/production crew/talent; negotiate talent agreements; process talent and crew invoices for payroll.
