I produced character string-outs for more than 50 episodes of this long-running series. I was responsible for maintaining characters' stakes and narratives, marrying raw footage with interview bites and voiceover to tell effective stories within a given episode while also accounting for seasonal story arcs.

I created string-outs in Avid for multiple episodes and then transitioned to a supervising role, in which I was driving the edit, setting daily expectations for the team, giving and addressing notes, and writing VO to create a consistent tone for the show.

I organized and cut down approximately 40 hours of raw footage to assemble the pilot episode of this house hunter/home reno hybrid, selecting the best moments from the new on-screen talent to present relatable characters and a compelling narrative. The series was greenlit on the strength of the pilot and the first season is now in production.

I worked on three episodes of the series, molding hours of raw footage into the show's six-act, 42-minute format. I also gave editors direction in addressing network content notes and assisted them in either shaving or adding time from episodes to make the network's domestic and international broadcast length requirements.
