Assisted in the pre-production, production, and post-production of “The New Deciders,” an hour-long PBS special investigating the changing face of the US electorate. This included: booking crew, locations, permits, financials, reserving and preparing gear, field producing, research, fact-checking, finding and licensing archival, assistant editing, creating publicity photos, and providing PBS and WGBH with deliverables for air. Worked as the DIT on “De La Cruz” series pilot: ingested and organized footage from production, transcoded and logged all material for the Editors. Translated and subtitled the pilot’s rough-cut.

Assisted award-wining Producer Xenia Grubstein (“Pussy Riot: A Punk Rock Prayer” Producer) with grant writing, scheduling, communications, releases, and locating archival footage for her upcoming documentary “Peace and Coca.”

Coordinated key activities in pre-production for the TV pilot “The Basics,” overseeing location bookings and arranging permissions, hiring crew and negotiating pay rates, booking production vehicles and equipment, coordinating equipment rental pickups and drop offs, and kept the production on schedule.

Coordinated key activities in pre and post-production, outreach and engagement for a small independent documentary production company. Also headed up social media campaigns and designed visual assets. Pre-produced a teaching documentary explaining the legal intricacies in the Ríos Montt Guatemalan genocide trial, as well as assisting in the pre-production of 500 Years, the third feature documentary in the Skylight series on Mayan resistance and justice in Guatemala, which will premiere at Sundance 2017. As the Production Coordinator, managed DVD distribution and sales, crew payments, helped to design and curate companion materials for classroom use, coordinated filmmakers’ academic screening tours, prepared scripts for the native language versions of the Emmy nominated Granito: How to Nail a Dictator (Official Selection, Sundance) managed film festival, ITunes and other deliverables.

Worked on many aspects of post-production including cutting, selecting and translating footage for the documentary feature “Disruption.” Produced and edited clips for several ” short film series. Translation and subtitling for all Skylight work, assisted in uncovering and digitizing archived film and photographs from human rights organizations.
