Set the scenes for the shoot, ran errands, set up food for cast and staff, assisted with product placement, lighting,props etc.

I set up sign in, assisted with audience line up and count, audience placement, and ticket scanning. I assisted with the refreshments as well as keeping the audience members entertained until show time. I also provided them basic info on the facility, the event and their role in the taping.

I was responsible for setting up casting calls, creating the script for audition. I set up and organized the call list for the initial auditions and call backs. I coordinated the schedule for the casting as well as onsite catering for the auditions. I gave direction & organized the casting process.

I maintained a list of vendors & scheduled celebrity guest for show. Interviewed celebrity guest, created and placed advertisements through radio and web to recruit audience members. I created website for the show as well as a message board. Set location, Set design & through research produced quality content for the show.
