In House Producer involved in every step from creative concepts, prep, on set and post production.

Organize and distribute editor's log/script notes, call sheets and revised scripts daily. Arrange lunch for post, office runs, dailies pick-ups, manage petty cash and cashet card weekly spending/budget, maintain mileage records, create scene sequence playlists and descriptions.

Pre-production transportation and hotel arrangements, pre-light and shoot casting calls, travel documents, tech scout scheduling, on-set runs, setting up and breaking down crafty, lunch, excess pop-ups for wardrobe, gear rentals, managing all post aspects such as invoices, payroll, corrected documentation.

Assembling the call sheet and all cast and crew info, right hand on set including lunch runs, errand pick ups, assisting the set with positions, coordinating the vision through talent, and overseeing the entirety of the photoshoot.

Arrange travel plans/documents, call sheets for pre-light and shoot days, confirm transportation reservations, research necessities for crew on location.

Equipment rentals, run errands, set up scene sequences, walk talent to and from trailers and set, oversaw all needs at basecamp, managed all crew paperwork and documentation, assisted with meal arrangements

Scheduling drivers/transportation commutes, arranging specs on set and in individual dressing rooms for talent, run errands, manage payroll paperwork and all crew info, maintain a clean and energetic atmosphere.
