Providing support to production in all areas as needed.

Assisting in production office during preproduction and on set during production. Running errands, drafting up call sheets, contacting vendors and obtaining info for insurance company. Aiding First Assistant Director in daily needs essential to keeping production moving along in a timely manner.

Assisting production in all areas, driving crew and gear to and from locations.

Drafting daily call sheets, coordinating and resolving daily logistical issues on set with 1st AD, maintaining cast and crew info for use by production, ensuring daily goals were met and production moved forward in a timely manner.

Handling phones and incoming emails in addition to managing reception desk and other office duties. Analysis and coverage of scripts on a time sensitive basis. Providing script and draft breakdowns of current projects to company executives. Assisting in the research and development of existing and future projects for the company.

Organizing and updating guest lists for screening of affiliated members’ films. Managing and updating member information in electronic database. Handling the check-in and maintaining attendance count of member screenings. Managing various mass mailings including billing notices and new member packets.

Assisting on set production in all areas needed in front of, and behind, camera.

Constructing various elements needed for commercial and photographic shoots in a team environment. Executing the safe and timely striking of sets after completion of shooting. Managing storage area to maximize space and efficiency of access for specific set elements.
