In January, we scouting location, Interviewing locals connected to historical hotel and researching the information needed to set up documentary and live concert. Scheduling 2017 shoot as the resort is being remodeled in the next six months. The job will pick up in January 2017. Line up music talent besides iconic plant to play a concert when hotel remodels.

Booked and coordinated all personal growth experts for LIVE event to be aired on digital platform(s). In charged of scheduling and making sure shoot was running smoothly and on time.

I interviewed the backstage talent at event. Approximately 20 interviews

Set up all interviews. Worked with celebrities and their agents/PR getting them on time for interviews. Prepped and made sure all issues were resolved prior to interview at Global Green. In other words, a lot of hand holding from start to finish.

This show was an inspirational show that created motivation for people to change their life. I was in charged of hiring life coaches, coming up with show concept ideas and developing and managing all areas of pilot with director.
