Worked in advance of each scene and helped solve problems that might interrupt filming. I helped set up equipment and pack at the end of each day. I arranged lunch orders and ran last minute errands. I helped keep the set quiet while filming and assisted in cleaning to ensure location was in the same condition as when the crew arrived.

I helped set up the video village, provided on-set support and attended to cast comfort. I distributed walkies and echoed the updates and commands coming from the department heads. I collected release forms and assisted with traffic lockup and crowd control. I helped unload and load equipment and cleanup location after the filming day wrapped.

Worked with the Art Department and helped prepare the sets with props. Did “finding” and “getting” things for cast and crew and undertook errands as assigned by the producers. I made sure the talent and team were aware of craft services and delivered essentials as needed. I cleaned the location and helped pack equipment at the end of each day.
